I wish I lived in a civilized nation where sweet dutch mayonaise is delivered by tricycle in the rain. In tubes for easy pommes use.
I'm going to start crying.

Rather late with this comment, but that's a street cleaner's bakfiets. The tubes on the side hold brooms and pick-up sticks. There's a big hatch to toss trash into, and the whole box (usually aluminum) tips forward to dump the contents out at the depot.
